Cela au moment où la direction de l’action sociale de la wilaya d’Alger négociait pour un montant de 16.000 DA, une somme déjà faramineuse. Des citoyens et des policiers présents hier sur les lieux ont été choqués et scandalisés par ces comportements indignes de citoyens algériens. Qui sont ces chauffeurs, qui les contrôle? Le ministère des Transports doit absolument réagir et punir ces suceurs de sang.
