6- les bonnes choses (ou les bonnes actions) que j’ai faites aujourd’hui..? et pendant toute la semaine.. ?
7- les choses dans ma vie pour lesquelles j’ai envie de dire.. merci ?
8- les défis que j’ai relevés dans différents domaines (vie professionnelle, relationnelle, sentimentale..etc ?
9- les échecs ou les erreurs sur lesquels j’aimerais pouvoir revenir.. pour les corriger, ou pour faire autrement ?
10- les actions qui m’apportent le plus de plaisir immédiat chaque jour ?
11- les actions qui m’ont apporté le plus de satisfaction sur le long terme ?
12- les héros (ou héroines) qui m’inspirent, les personnages que j’admire particulièrement ?
13- les choses que j’aimerais avoir le temps pour les vivre, ou les réaliser, avant de mourir ?
14- les actes que je peux accomplir dès aujourd’hui pour avancer dans la réalisation de ces projets ?
15- les histoires, films ou romans qui m’ont pariculièrement marqué ?
16- les situations qui génèrent le plus de stress dans mon quotidien ?
17- qu’est-ce qui me permet de me relaxer, ou de me retrouver dans mon monde secret, mon monde intérieur ?
18- quelles sont les paroles, les proverbes ou devises de penseurs qui m’inspirent et me donnent du courage ?
