Une Académie du tourisme à Aïn El Turck-Oran
**Une Académie de formation dans les secteurs du tourisme sera réalisée à Aïn El Turck, sur la corniche oranaise.
Le site, qui abritera cet établissement de formation de haut niveau, le premier du genre dans l’Ouest, a été retenu pour être implanté au sein de l’actuel hôtel «Shems» à Aïn El-Turck. Cet établissement hôtelier classé qui a été réalisé dans les années 1980 a été fermé dans le courant de ce mois de septembre, a indiqué le représentant du Groupe hôtelier M. Okbi. Il va accueillir d’ici la fin de l’année des travaux de rénovation et d’aménagement pour être transformé en une Académie de Formation Touristique de haute gamme.
L’on saura que le secteur hôtelier au niveau de la wilaya d’Oran, qui compte un portefeuille de près de 150 établissements totalisant plus 13 300 lits, malgré la présence localement de quelques écoles et instituts de formation hôtelière, souffre d’un manque flagrant en matière de formation qualifiée ou de mise à niveau du personnel d’accueil ou autres pour la prise en charge de la clientèle lors de son séjour. Pour cette saison estivale 2012, du 1er juin au 31 août dernier, selon les statistiques établies, quelque 14 millions d’estivants ont séjourné sur le littoral oranais dont un grand nombre à travers les complexes et les centres touristiques de la corniche oranaise dans des conditions d’accueil parfois lamentables.*El Watan-15.09.2012.
